In-Person Training
Here are all the options we have for training in person at our gym in Houston:
Personal Training
Personal Training is the most personalized type of training we offer at Body3. These one-on-one sessions different for each person. This allows you and your trainer to focus on your goals, then work together on a program specifically designed to help you reach them. No matter your fitness or experience level, Personal Training starts wherever you are, then helps you get to where you want to go. Small Group Training
These 30-minute sessions are done in a small group setting with a trainer and up to 4-5 members total. The trainer is right there the entire time to explain each movement and ensure you do exercises correctly. The focus is on functional fitness, compound movements, and interval training to ensure everyone gets a full-body workout. Small Group sessions are held multiple times a day throughout the week so you can choose the times that work best for you!
Cardio Classes
This class is only for current members and is held every Monday and Wednesday night at 6 p.m. We use high intensity interval training (HIIT) to get your heart rate up, blood flowing, and core burning. Don’t like running? Don’t worry – we do everything BUT running to give you a great, fun, and intense cardio workout!
Boot Camps
Our Boot Camp is Saturday at 9 a.m., led by a personal trainer (usually Andrew) on-site at our gym in Houston. Each Boot Camp is a 45-minute workout using bodyweight movements, limited weights or kettlebells, and low-impact cardio exercises. Each Boot Camp gets your heart rate up and makes you sweat. Boot Camps are for free for members and any member guests have a drop in rate of $10. We also host a few Charity Boot Camps each year to raise money for our member’s favorite local charities!
