“Mike is an ACE certified Houston Personal Trainer who accepts the challenge in improving the health and fitness level of the clients of Body3. He has a board knowledge of personal fitness and weightt training from his experience as a physical education teacher and strength and conditioning coach. Mike is a Kinesiology graduate of Wayne State College in Nebraska. Mike grew up playing sports and moving frequently with an Air Force family and still continues to stay active working out but also enjoys visiting family and watching a great action flick.
