Every aspect of my life has improved. I have now lost approximately 50 pounds and my body fat percentage has dropped from over 35% to approximately 16%. When I started, I couldn’t do a single unassisted chin-up. Last Friday, I was able to do 100 chin-ups in one workout. In February, my average running pace was more than 11 minutes per mile and I could barely run 3 miles at a time. My pace is now down to 7:30 minutes per mile and I’m preparing for a half marathon in Dallas in December. I have immeasurably more energy and psychologically, I’m in a completely different place.
