We are highly-focused on personal attention with all our clients, even if it’s in a small group setting- or how we typically call it, semi-private training.

Besides your small group training packages, you also have cardio classes and fitness camps you can join absolutely FREE. We hold these sessions for our clients who want to put in more effort.

BENEFITS


Body3 is not a commercial gym that has hundreds and hundreds of members coming in and out of the gym everyday. We’re a personalized training fitness studio. Which is just a fancy way of saying everything that we do is customized to what you need for your goals, regardless if it’s in our small group training or 1-on-1 trainings.

Before we allow a you to join our programs, we first conduct a fitness consultation with you so we can outline your goals on what you’d like to accomplish. We also use this consultation to identify any key information that we need, such as if you’re diabetic, or have had any type of surgery/injury that we need to keep in mind during your program.
  • We Hold You Accountable To Your Goals and Actions

    One of the main reasons most of our clients love our services is because we hold them accountable to their actions and goals. Before your first training session, we’ll hold a training evaluation session so we can get a baseline measurement of your current fitness level. Then, once a month after that, we bring you into our accountability room. That’s when we’ll take your body circumference measurements (abdomen, calves, arms, etc) and weight and track your progress. That way month after month, we’ll know if you’re headed in the right direction or not. Because we’re all about progress and results!

  • Proper Fitness Training Without Proper Nutrition Is Only Half The Equation

    How are your eating habits? Have you started diet after diet hoping one would do the trick and give you the results you’ve always wanted? At Body3, we are extremely involved with proper nutritional guidance. We are NOT fans of diets- those are temporary. For long-lasting results, you’ll need a sustainable nutrition plan that can lost forever. We offer both the TakeDown Challenge and the TakeDown Lifestyle- both of which are aimed for complete re-do of your health and nutrition.

  • What Type Of Fitness Training Will I Receive?

    As mentioned, we are hyper-focused on personalization. So before each small group training session begins, the trainers will take a look at what members are attending the session, and will tailor the workouts dependent on who’s in it. For instance, someone who has been working out for 2-years will be at a different level than someone who has never worked out before. We understand this and will accommodate for everyone's level of fitness, and any other medical or physical abilities.

  • I’ve Never Worked Out In My Life Before, Can I Still Join?

    If you’re worried about “slowing down” the rest of the group because you’ve never worked out before- or at least have done minimal type of fitness training, then don’t worry about it. Most of our clients have come to our studio with very minimal fitness and nutrition experience. We’ve literally helped thousands of men and women from different age groups across different careers and lifestyle improve their health and fitness through proper training and nutrition. You can come with us with a unique situation and I can guarantee you we can provide a proven solution for results.

  • Feel Comfortable

    Most people don't feel comfortable walking into a Houston gym, which is why we've designed our programs to be much more supportive and structured than just a gym membership, working with just 4 to 5 people.

  • Community

    We build a strong community with our Houston Personal Training clients. Everyone knows each others name and often times form friends and bonds which reach outside of the facility.
