Monday morning is a new beginning…A FRESH start! It’s time to start over and get it right this time.
I’ve been in this industry for 14 years now and I’m now a Fitness Trainer in Houston. If anyone ever asks me what the key to long-term health and fitness success is, I always say small, consistent decisions.
Strong changes or behaviors have their place in trying to accomplish a goal, but it’s the small, consistent decisions that maintain your overall health and fitness, such as the following:
- Deciding to stay on the treadmill for an extra 10 minutes a few times a week.
- Taking a short walk on a day you would usually take off from working out.
- Ordering your burger without cheese.
- Getting a little more sleep at night.
It’s these small, smart decisions that will keep you healthy and fit for a lifetime and that help me be the best Fitness Trainer in Houston.
You know I went to school to be a teacher and I think that is why I like giving you guys a little homework every once in a while J.
This week I want you to commit to just one small decision/choice that you are going to make that will improve your overall health and fitness. Nothing that requires a ton of time or energy. Just something small that you can change and start to implement.
How about this! As a Fitness Trainer in Houston, I’ll get the ball rolling! I’m going to start stretching for 5 minutes before I head to bed every evening.
