Improving your health and fitness is a serious commitment you need to make to yourself. Perhaps you have high blood pressure and cholesterol or maybe you want to have enough energy to run around with your kids. Regardless of your reason, you need to be committed to yourself and your goals. And we take that very serious at Body3.

In this short article, I’m going to share with you what we do to help you reach your goals.

Personal Attention

We’re not a commercial gym with hundreds and hundreds of clients coming in-and-out our studio everyday. That’s simply not the type of gym we’re trying to become. It’s actually an advantage to us to have a smaller customer base so our trainers and staff can really get to know everyone individually.

Accountability 

One of the biggest contributing factors to your success is having someone hold you accountable to your actions and goals. Once a month, all of our clients schedule in a 20-minute accountability session with their accountability coach to review their progress from last month to the current month.

In the accountability session, we take all the proper body measurements and compare them to previous months. This lets the client (and coaches) know how they’re doing with their progression and if we need to change anything to get them going on the right path.

There is no cookie-cutter method with us. Each person will have their own specific needs and will be addressed to them appropriately.

Nutritional Programs

There’s a difference between being on a diet and eating healthy. A diet is more of a temporary tactic that you’ll use to lose weight. It sure does work, but the problem is when you get off the diet, you go back to your old eating habits. Which means you’ll probably gain the weight again.

Our approach is much different than just a diet. We focus on lifestyle changes that will impact you for the rest of your life. So we don’t believe in “diets”.

We only offer two types of programs, the TakeDown Challenge and the TakeDown Lifestyle- both of which are focused on portion control.

The goals of these programs are to help you control how much you eat, what you eat, and what time you eat your meals. This is a very sustainable program that you can do for the rest of your life.

Semi-Private Group Trainings

When we say small group trainings, we mean it. The maximum amount of members that can be in small group training is no more than 4 to 5 members. That gives the trainer enough room to focus on each individual in a small group setting.

The trainers will also look at the group class before the session starts so he/she can see who’s going to attend the class and tailor it to meet everyone’s needs (someone may be at a different level than other, etc..). The last thing we want to do is put you in a group session and not help you reach the most success possible.

Lifestyle Change

Like I said earlier in this article, improving your health and fitness is a commitment you need to make. When you walk through doors, we are aimed to help you build life-long wellness for you and your family.

We understand the journey ahead for you is going to be difficult. We know you’re going to have a lot of ups and downs. But it is our job to give you the most help and resources to pull you through to success.
