Why do you beat yourself up about not being able to give 100% all the time?
Well, let me explain!

The most common thing I find among people is if they can’t give 100% they feel like a failure and would rather give nothing.
No, my friends, something is better than nothing. 15minutes of exercise is far better then no exercise. 10 push-ups is better than no push-ups. Quit sabotaging yourself with the “all or nothing” sword.
Rome wasn’t conquered in a day and neither will your goals be. It’s small daily practice, small daily battles won, and inceptions of ideas that turn into healthy habits.
You won’t lose the weight if you keep waiting until you can give 100%. Give 5%, give 35%, and give 100% when you can.
Bottom line . . . give some!
