As a Houston Personal Trainer, setting goals has become second nature to me. Primarily for our clients. After all how are we going to know if you’re successful unless we have goals which are documented AND we are doing daily activities towards those goals.
However, how often do we actually complete these goals for ourselves?
Probably not too often.
As a Houston Personal Trainer it is our duty to help all of our clients develop goals for their fitness. But I also feel it’s out duty to assist in making sure you have goals for all aspects of your life. We have several areas in life and all need to be working perfectly or we’ll have a “flat spot” in our wheel of life.
