    As mentioned above, every month, we’ll bring you into our accountability room we can take your circumference measurements (i.e. abdomen, calves, arms, etc). Now month after month, we can start to track your progress to make sure you’re heading in the right direction. What would be the point of working out two or three times a week without knowing if you’re actually making positive (or negative) progress.

  • Nutrition Is Important To Your Health and Fitness Success

    At Body3 Personal Fitness, we want to deliver the absolute best results to each and every single client that trusts us enough to join. If we didn’t focus on nutrition, we’d be doing you a disservice. You can workout all you want, but if you don’t change your eating habits- how you eat and what you eat- you won’t make the progress you could be making. Currently we offer two program, the TakeDown Challenge and the TakeDown LifeStyle. Both of which are aimed for long-lasting, sustainable results. These are NOT diets that will only work as you’re doing the diet. You’ll get the guidance and knowledge to follow the meal plan for as long as you want.

  • What Kind Of Workouts Will The Trainer Make Me Do?

    The personal trainer in Houston will base all of his/her workouts on your goals, the progress you’ve made, and any other problematic areas that the trainer needs to look out for you as to not cause any further damage or injury. Perhaps you want to work on your legs and not so much your upper body. Maybe you really want to improve your mobility and balance. Each person will come with their own individuals needs and goals and we do our best to give you what you want.

  • Reahbilitative Exercises

    If you're just coming back from an injury, you still need good supervision when exercises as well as someone to liaise with your physical therapist or doctor. We will do all of that for you.

  • Ease of Scheduling

    We work as a team, so you will be able to schedule with any of our team members, while one team member will take the lead and be your point of contact. This allows for flexible scheduling.

This is a very exclusive service since we only accept 30 clients at any given time into this program. We do that because of the amount of resources which are provided both during the session as well as outside your session when our team prepares your customized workouts to meet your exact needs.
