You can choose to work privately with a trainer or in a small group setting. Most clients work between 2 and 4 days per week until their goal is achieved, then they transition into a maintenance program.

I woke up one day, looked in the mirror and at the scale and thought “I’ve go to do something. Exercise is not enough.”. So I talked to a professional and he said you cannot exercise your way out of a bad diet. I got to that place by having a realistic view of my body and health. I now follow a food plan that has no white food, no processed food and no sugar of any kind. Over time it has gotten easier and easier. The important thing for me is that this is not a “diet”, this is how I eat today and I have lost 25 lbs in 5 months. My next goal is to lose another 20 pounds and then reevaluate. Besides the weight loss I feel better about myself, have more energy, and more drive.
This experience has impacted every area of my life positively and I could not have done it without the guidance and support of the staff at Body3.

Losing 30 pounds wasn’t hard. I told myself (and everyone else) it was a lifestyle change and not a diet program. I showed up for my sessions and my trainers modified my workouts around things I couldn’t do due to injuries/surgery. Continuing my exercising, which is now my norm, is important . . . and doing nothing is too easy. I just make choices that will fit what I’m trying to do for myself, even with a husband who eats Mexican food as often as possible. My dad has arteriosclerosis and I know that I have to take action now to prevent me from having those same problems—keep the blood flowing. I feel great and people say I look great. Who doesn’t like wearing a favorite outfit they couldn’t wear a year or two or three ago? Previously pushing size 12 and now fitting into size 6 makes me smile.
Thanks to the Body3’s great people with their knowledge and encouragement as they nudged me to this new healthier body!

It’s amazing what losing 30 pounds can do for your attitude! I feel healthier and more confident. I am now wearing clothes that ware 3 sizes smaller! I am proud of my body now instead of being ashamed.
All it took was following Tom’s and Cassandra’s simple instructions, changing my diet and doing the proper exercises. They really have a system that worked for me and will work for anyone who has the desire to follow it.
