Every client receives a full fitness evaluation, custom nutrition plan and Custom Fitness Roadmap when they start, this is your guide to fitness success. It’s our way of making sure you’re successful. Then every month one of our Houston Personal Trainer and Fitness Expert will keep you accountable to your results by updating your progress and reviewing your results. Accountability is the number one reason to hire a personal trainer, and we provide that accountability for you.
