Group Fitness Classes
Great way to get in shape without planning your workout. Our certified Houston Personal Trainers and Group Fitness Instructors will guide you through an awesome workout which will get you in great shape…and keep you that way.
This isn’t like they typical gym fitness class program where they don’t know who you are or if you even show up. We make sure you are reaching your fitness goals by:
- Performing a Goal Setting Session – So WE know what your goals are and can help you achieve them
- Conducting a Full Fitness Assessment – So we can measure your Success all along the way
- Creating your Custom Fitness Roadmap – So you know what to do when.
- Creating your Custom Nutrition Plan – So you know what to eat to optimize your results.
Bootcamp: Mon/Wed/Fri at 5:30AM
Ignite: Mon/Wed at 6-6:45PM and Sat as Power/Ignite from 9am-10am
Power: Tue/Thur at 6-6:45PM
Yoga: Mon/Wed at 7-8PM
CardioPower: Tue/Thur at 7-7:30PM
The Body3 Ignite class is a fun and energetic cardio conditioning class which will IGNITE your metabolism. Our certified fitness trainers conduct this class to make sure you stay safe, have fun, and work hard.
Great for all Levels of exercisers.
The Body3 Power Class is all about getting you strong. Using bar bells and the theory of maximum muscle fatigue, you will get strong. It’s ok if you’ve never lifted a weight in your life, we’ll teach you every move you need to perform safely and correctly.
Building strength and lean muscle is what keeps your metabolism racing for days after you’ve completed your workout. So don’t skip POWER!
The Body3 Boot Camp is like non-other. Originally designed by a US Marine and Certified Fitness Trainer and general crazy exercise nut, this program mixes high intensity body weight exercises with resistance bands and exercises to make you bullet proof. Our Houston Boot Camp programs are more about making you better and stronger than just beating you up and making you tired for the time you’re with us. As part of our overall Fitness Class program, you will receive a custom nutrition plan, private evaluation, and a custom fitness road map(tm) so you’ll know exactly what to do to reach your goals the fastest.
