Boot Camp
Our Boot Camp is Saturday at 9 a.m., led by a personal trainer (usually Andrew) on-site at our gym in Houston. Each Boot Camp is a 45-minute workout using bodyweight movements, limited weights or kettlebells, and low-impact cardio exercises. Each Boot Camp gets your heart rate up and makes you sweat. We also host a few Charity Boot Camps each year to raise money for our member’s favorite local charities!
The in-person Boot Camps are for free for members and any member guests have a drop in rate of $10. If you’re interested in joining for a free Boot Camp, email Andrew.
