I am a native Houstonian and a graduate of the University of Houston. I was in the Army ROTC program in college and am now a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Army Reserve. I started long distance running in high school and then weight lifting in college. When I joined the Army ROTC I continued weight lifting, long distance running, and started intensive cardio training. In 2011, I was one of 15 Army ROTC students nationally that was selected to attend the Army Special Forces Combat Divers Qualification Course. Currently I’m focused on strength training and intensive cardio training. I love personal training and I enjoy coming up with brutal workouts for everyone I train at Body3Fitness!

Mike is a Kinesiology graduate of Wayne State College in Nebraska. Mike grew up playing sports and moving frequently with an Air Force family and still continues to stay active working out but also enjoys visiting family and watching a great action flick.
