Our Mission
It is the mission of Body3 Fitness Center to provide sound no-hype health and fitness information and services to its clients and members by delivering outstanding customer experiences each visit.
- We educate the community on the benefits of nutrition and exercise as part of daily living

Our Client Expectations
- 0 tolerance for cancellations – 24 hour notice
- All cancellations will be rescheduled within 24 hours
- All clients will have an initial evaluation and will create 3 specific commitments.
- … will train 2-3 days per week.
- … will follow the prescribed meal plan every day.
- … will do 30 minutes of cardio 3x a week.
- Every client will have a retest every 4 weeks – we will hold them accountable to their commitments.
- All appointments missed due to vacations will be made up the week before or the week after.
- All no-show clients will receive a phone call within an hour of missing their session
